August 11, 2005 Letter to the Acorn

 

 

In his August 11, 2005 letter to the Acorn entitled “Disappointed in CVUSD vote on textbook,”

 

John Andersen a frequent speaker at CVUSD school board meetings made this comment:

 

            “I look forward to … recent controversial curriculum decisions (i.e., “Everyday Math”)  being front and center in next year’s school board election.”

 

Save Our Children from Mediocre Math welcomes Mr. Andersen’s comments and we look forward to what John has to say over the next few months. 

 

SOCMM is very appreciative of the help we have received over the past year from community activists. 

 

Looking forward to the fall of 2006, SOCMM anticipates assisting candidates who support Math Choice during the 2006 CVUSD School Board Election.
